As Director of Business Operations for Ascendian, Michelle McKenzie provides key leadership by ensuring that accuracy, accountability, and transparency are always the way we do business. Michelle holds a degree in Marketing and has worked 14 years in Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Event Planning. Michelle served five years as a volunteer board member with a local not-for-profit organization where her responsibilities included communication, training, safety planning, team management, web-site updates, and fundraising.
A valuable team member, Michelle often serves as a key point of contact for our clients. She also provides leadership to the staff in areas of time and expense management, human resources, and operations. With exceptional attention to detail, she has high expectations for business deliverables, but believes encouragement and a positive attitude go a long way in developing the human element in business.
